The Sons of the American Legion (SAL) is a proud program of the American Legion, established in 1932 to honor the service and sacrifice of veterans by supporting their families and communities. Open to male descendants of Legionnaires, SAL members dedicate themselves to patriotic service, youth programs, and community outreach while preserving the legacy of those who served. Through volunteer efforts, scholarships, and fundraising initiatives, the Sons of the American Legion continue to strengthen the mission of the American Legion and uphold the values of duty, honor, and country.
